Who we are

The Great Brick Company is a two-person studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina. "We" means the founders, who do or review all the work. You can reach us at [email protected].

What each package includes

BFCM Revenue Sprint

A Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals page built inside your Shopify theme, on a duplicate theme or an unpublished page until you approve it.
Up to 12 promoted products, using only the prices and stock in your store.
5 campaign emails written and designed for Klaviyo: early access, Black Friday launch, last day of Black Friday, Cyber Monday and final hours.
Basic segments: engaged subscribers (30, 60 and 90 days), past buyers and VIPs, and people who never purchased. Unengaged profiles are suppressed.
1 holiday version of an abandoned checkout or browse follow-up automation in Klaviyo, built as a draft.
A send schedule in your store's time zone, set up only after your written approval.
Technical and visual QA: links, prices, discount codes, mobile and desktop rendering, unsubscribe link and sender details.
1 round of revisions.
A results report 7 days after Cyber Monday, using your Shopify and Klaviyo data.

Holiday Gift Campaign

A gift guide page inside your Shopify theme, organized by price and by recipient.
4 campaign emails: gift guide, shipping deadline reminder, last shipping day, and last minute or gift card.
Shipping cut-off messages for the announcement bar and the emails, based only on cut-off dates you confirm.
A send schedule set up after your written approval.
Technical and visual QA.
1 round of revisions.

Holiday Bundle

Everything in both packages. The BFCM Sprint is delivered first and the Gift Campaign by December 4. You also get a combined results report in early January.

What you keep

The deals or gift page in your theme. You publish it, or we do with your written OK.
The emails as Klaviyo templates, plus draft campaigns that are scheduled only after your written approval.
The segment definitions and the automation draft.
The QA report and the campaign calendar.
The results report.

Once paid in full, everything we make for you is yours to use and change.

What's not included

Paid ads management.
SMS campaigns. We can quote them as an add-on.
New theme builds, custom apps or checkout changes.
Product photography or video.
Email platforms other than Klaviyo. For Shopify Email and others, ask us and we'll tell you case by case.
Fixing deliverability problems such as domain authentication issues or blocklists.

Timing

Delivery is 3 business days from complete onboarding. Complete means three things are in: the onboarding form, store access, and your written approval of the discounts. Business days are Monday to Friday. The BFCM Sprint and the Bundle must be booked by November 12, 2026, and the Gift Campaign by December 7, 2026. Slots are limited and go in order of payment.

Approval before anything goes live

We build pages on a duplicate theme or as unpublished pages, and emails as drafts. Nothing gets published, scheduled or sent without your written approval, and an email reply counts as written. You check and approve the final prices, discount codes, dates and claims before launch.

Revisions

Each package includes one round of revisions. Send us one list with all your changes to the drafts and we apply it. Requests for new pages, extra emails or other work outside the package are quoted separately.

Payment

The BFCM Sprint and the Gift Campaign are paid 100% upfront to reserve the slot. The Holiday Bundle is paid 50% upfront and 50% on December 1. You pay by US bank transfer (ACH) or card through a secure Payoneer payment link sent with your invoice. We never collect card details on our site. Prices are in USD.

The founding rate applies to the first 3 clients of each package who book by November 9 (BFCM Sprint and Holiday Bundle) or November 30 (Holiday Gift Campaign). In exchange, you allow us to publish a case study with your real results, anonymized or under your store's name.

Cancellation and refunds

Full refund if you cancel before we start production, meaning before onboarding is complete and work has started.
If we miss the delivery date for reasons on our side, you can ask for a full refund.
After drafts are delivered on time there are no refunds. Your revision round still applies.

What we never guarantee

Results depend on your products, prices, list and timing, so we don't promise:

Revenue, conversion rate, open rate or click rate.
Inbox placement or deliverability.
The results of the discounts you choose.

Your responsibilities

Give us collaborator access in Shopify limited to Themes, Online Store pages and Products (view), plus Edit code only if a custom section is needed; create the discount codes you approved and share them with us for QA; and invite a Klaviyo user with the Manager role. Klaviyo lets that role see billing and API keys: we will never change your plan, billing, users or API keys.
Approve the discounts, dates and shipping cut-offs in writing. We never make them up.
Send your logo, brand colors and fonts, or let us take them from your live store.
Name one person who can approve copy within 24 hours.
Only email people who agreed to receive marketing from you. You are responsible for your list's consent and for following the email laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL or GDPR. We don't buy, rent or import lists.
Provide a valid physical address for the email footer, and make sure your product claims, prices and stock are accurate.
Remove our access once the work is delivered. We will remind you.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package involved. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or other indirect losses, or for outages, policy changes or errors in Shopify, Klaviyo or other third-party tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and the courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute by email first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future bookings. The version that applies to you is the one in effect when you paid your proposal.
